You're doing good yay! and you're def getting there. You certainly are andro-looking right now. You're def pass someday but it's hard to say if that day is today without a 3/4 profile pic or a side pic.

10 months HRT! I really hope the changes get more dramatic...
How'mai doing? :3

I think you are coming along quite well and look rather feminine  :)  I imagine you'll be just fine and probably often pass already

So yeah, here I am  :P

I work in a quite definite male mode, thus there are few things that are waiting for the future when I feel comfortable enough to go full time, like shaping eyebrows, getting a proper hair cut and trachea shave. At the moment, those have to wait unfortunately.

The problems I see myself very clearly is the huge forehead. I would hope that bangs would cover that up? Also, my nose is huge, but that will remain huge as I don't think that in a short term I can afford FFS, perhaps never.

Also, I'm almost 36. I will never be a pretty young girl, I know that and accept it. Those days unfortunately I lost while fighting with myself. I can accept to be an ugly old woman, just as long as I don't look male.

Be honest and even brutal, I rather take nasty comments here than on the street. Please don't quote the pictures, as I would like to take them down eventually.

I have very tiny amount of foundation and eyeliner in these pictures.

Probably just me but I see a very feminine face, I have seen some cisgender females with similar sized foreheads. Also to be honest I don't think you have that big a forehead anyway.

Thank you so much. I don't feel it,  but I figured 'what the hey?' and walked tonight in my hometown.
A couple of stares from one particular ethnic group, but about 3/4 of the people I know as 'male' didn't recognize me, and more than half were supportive.

At the grand old age of, well, not in my teens or 20's even after this year, I'll take that as a 'win' snicker :)

I don't see any reason why you could not pass.  Like many who have been "poisoned" by testosterone, you have a male-ish profile.  FFS would take care of your slight brow ridge and reshape your nose.  And yes, the Adam's Apple is a "give-away."

And by the way, your three pictures are exactly how you should present them to a surgeon, with the hair tied back, and a neutral expression.

Well hi Henna, there you are! Yes you will pass one day without a lot of trouble, probably a nose job. Other than that you have a great looking face, chin and jawline is good to go. I had been wondering what the owner of those hands really looked like. Thanks for sharing!

Yes, it looks like I have facial hair. I know I pass with makeup. Ignoring the fact that it looks like I have facial hair (I don't, it's an inflammation of my upper lip due to botched electrolysis), is it reasonable to expect to be able to pass without makeup given more time on HRT? (less than three months so far) I mostly don't get gendered as anything (not addressed as either "sir" or "m'am"). Rarely, "sir", even more rarely "m'am".

Here is an older picture (like two weeks ago). I really don't have much facial hair. I like this picture. No makeup.

Your face has no problem passing that I can see. Even in shots 3 and 4 I can see a girl.
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

Cassie 4 Ever!!!

I want to know if I will pass visually as female some day. I want to hear a few more opinions, and then I will just let HRT take the wheel and steer. I am pre HRT, so all of this is without any hormones. I am just starting this journey and cant wait to get to the other side.

This is how I look now,

These are 4 photos of my face with make up and a wig even though I know they are not the best,

What do you think? will I be able to pass someday?

It seems to me that your more immediate goal should be to work on your weight issues.  Excess weight has been a battle for me my entire adult life.

You will feel better and likely look better, and more passable, if you make that your focus.

Yes, I don't see why not.  One thing you can do is begin to gradually thin your eyebrows, for a more feminine appearance.  From the bottom, upward.
