Hi Arno,

You look great! I think a bit less make up would show more of your natural face. I think your transition will work out fantasticly. IMO you should only consider FFS when you're on hormones for quite some time, as they can noticeably change how you look (softer face, fat redistribution etc).

Hello there everyone!  ^O^ /

I'm still new here, but I thought it would be a good idea to post some pics to distance myself from my former 'lurker' status. 


Here I am munching on a pretzel dog - a big long sausage wrapped in pretzel dough and baked.  ^.^ /

And here's a more recent pic from this year's Sakura Matsuri in Brooklyn!  I'm trying to do a 'cool person pose ' ^TM in the shot, but I didn't realize I was standing next to a garbage can at the time...  -_-"  BUT through some complicated technowizardry (MS Paint) I've managed to magically disappear (crop) the offending receptacle! 




Now that these pics are on the internet, they'll be there FOREVER!  O_O;  And hopefully, I've soldified my status as 'non-lurker.'  ^O^!

im going to be honest with you. u need to tone down the makeup. you would pass 100% if u didn't use such long eyelashes, id recommend 120 ardell lashes u can get them from a drugstore, I use them and they are really pretty. don't use blue eyeshadow use brown. don't use red on ur eyebrows use something like dark brown or a lighter brown.

Like Angelique said, I think you could do with a more toned down makeup application. Right now your makeup is quite dramatic, and sometimes less is more. Try doing something a bit more subtle, and then see if you still prefer this more colourful look.

I don't think you would have any trouble passing, with a little work.

Longer hair, thinner arch eyebrows.  You already have a "soft" appearing face.  Hard to tell brow bossing from that angle.

Definitely! I really appreciate makeup looks like that. They're fun and can be really gorgeous. They do draw quite a bit of attention though, and that isn't always the best if one's trying to blend, right? For me, I often try to do something dark and interesting, but subtle enough not to really draw much attention.

Thank you for posting.  Your English is much better than my French!

Very few people who are born as males, and went through a male puberty, can seamlessly pass as female.  It is just what Nature does to us.

I am not sure of your gender identity.  If you feel you are a transsexual, then feminizing hormones will certainly help with the process.  If, on the other hand, you are transgendered, but do not contemplate fully transitioning (for instance, if you are a drag queen or an androgyne), then hormones and surgeries are optional, and at your discretion.

Sarah you have very feminine delicate features already, eventually you might consider a rhinoplasty and possibly a tracheal shave if your adams apple protrudes. I don't see it in the photos, but I do see a potentially very pretty female in the near future and a smile would work wonders.
