Just 5 months Mia?  Wow!  You are doing great.  I think you present in a very feminine way, though the last picture had a bit of "boyishness" to it.  Just the same, you are very cute.

Hi. This is my first post to this forum.

I am curious...do you think it is possible that I could pass after HRT ?

Gosh Sarah, another cutie who isn't on HRT yet.  I think the girl juice will be good to you.

Mind if I pop in to get some opinions?  Photos are horrid quality because...well...my DSi is currently the best camera in my house *sigh*

Still no HRT, but that should be changing soon!

Edit:  All of these are against the same light blue wall, under the same pseudo-yellow light.  See what I mean by "horrid"? :p

Hi hi,

First time posting here!
I recently started transitioning and I hope to pass someday~
I am currently not "out" with most of my family and I have yet to venture outside of the safety confines of my home in "girl mode."

I clicked on the link and laughed a bit because I GENUINELY thought you were a cis girl, and a pretty one at that.  From what I can tell, you aren't going to have any problems transitioning physically  :)

Also, welcome to the community!

Edit: I should clarify, laughed because I was confused why a cis girl was posting here, wondering if she could pass.

Horizon: What on Earth are you worried about? If you just changed your clothes and your hair you'd pass easily, before hormones. Seriously, I can't add anything more. Except maybe express my jealousy for your face.

KayaZelda: "Something did not click. Do you want to try again?" I think there's something wrong with the website, because I'm definitely not using any sort of "special" security settings.

You aren't allowed to post ever again.  If you do, I will hunt you down.  I will find you, and I will give you a piece of my mind.

I know it sounds weird, but it's the lack of highly masculine features that worries me a bit.  Most of the amazing transitions I've seen started off with either a highly masculine man, or a face that already looked like a normal girl's.  I'm somewhere in between, and semi-androgynous-to-female videos and photos are hard to come by.  :-\

She put a capital C when she posted the password, but it is undercase.  I did the same thing. XD  And Kaya, I love your hair! I know lots of cis girls who would kill for it!

The middle picture kinda looks like a younger version of my friend Elli.  I think you are going to make a really cute girl!

Kaya - now, when the password works ;) - You are very pretty and from that angle You pass to me already!

Horizon - I am imagining Your middle picture with longer hair and it totally clicks for me! Dont worry, my face has been described as having more feminine than masculine features and I was told that I should be doing fine. At the same time nobody would describe me as a girl either :P. Besides, we both are kinda lucky, because we would hardly need any FFS, or at least not very extensive ones.

Kaya

Horizon- Aww thank you the compliment.  I have to agree with Jaime, you do have a lovely hair color.

Darkie- wow, good eye on the password. I edited the post to lower case.

Because they're not impressive, as in, they were cute already. Cute -> even cuter isn't as impressive as manly -> beautiful. And also, probably, because there's a chance some "post-transition" pictures were actually pre-HRT, just changing clothes and putting on a wig and make-up, and then they passed completely, without any medical help whatsoever. That's just how lucky people like you are. You don't make picture comparisons as impressive as some others do, but it's the only thing they have that you don't.

Seriously, contrary to you, I have a rather masculine jaw and chin, and my face shape isn't exactly feminine. Despite that, on a dose of HRT crappy enough to give me zero breasts in 16 months, I've been passing without trying, while still living as a guy, for a long while. As long as your voice is fine, you have more chances of dying from being hit by a meteorite than having trouble passing. Really.

Thank you for your ratings :). I have now stronger feeling, that I should start hrt and be successfull. I am considering some herbal hrt in the beginning, because I have a fear from visiting a doctor and obtaining some prescription.

FrozenValkyre: I think your face will be very passable, and your hair make wonders!
My real name is Monika :)
HRT: 11.11.2014
SRS: 5.11.2015 with Chettawut

Sarah, herbal HRT is a waste of money and time. I am sorry if this sounds harsh, but lets face it. If You have fears of visiting doctors and obtaining prescriptions... it is about time to start getting rid of them! Afterwards, You will be facing situations when You will have to use those prescriptions in pharmacies, facing pharmacists and buying female hormones... When Your skin will start to change, You will have to buy female cosmethics (moisturisers and such) and once again, at the counter You will be facing other people there. Frankly speaking, most of them will not notice and those who will, wont care anyway.
Besides, You are going to need doctor anyway - a lot of them :).

I agree with Sammy. You can't avoid encountering people who know/will find out that you're trans. You need their help.

Hi Sarah  :)

There isn't actually anything such as herbal HRT, and whether or not specific herbs enhance or inhibit existing hormone levels is unproven

Your best bet is to visit your Dr. and start an actually HRT regimine

Hugs and Best wishes
