As I understand it, the foreskin (if intact) will have kept the glans from becoming thicker and less sensitive...a penis, under the foreskin, will be like the inside of the lip...moist, soft, and very sensitive. A circumsized one, however, tends to be dry, rough, and less sensitive. (Although these are somewhat subjective, depending on many things).
So an uncut male's penis should provide a more sensitive clitoris, but again this depends on the surgeon and his/her technique.
The foreskin itself, being a pretty small snippet, probably doesn't add much to the depth/circumference of the neo-vagina. Or at least, I wouldn't imagine so.
I was circumcised at birth, and I resent that. I consider it to be the first of many sexual assaults. Of course my views don't reflect on what others may or may not want.
But, nothing to be done about that now. I just have to "let it go."
