Hey all. So I had the opportunity to dress up last night and try on some of my new clothes. It was nice to get all dolled up and feeling fab, even if it only lasted a few hours.

*sigh* I really can't wait to start HRT but I've still got about 1 1/2 months of therapy to go...

Anyway, here are some of my pics:

All too soon it was time to put everything away. I cried a little, happy that I was able to be myself for a little while, but sad to be going back to male mode... I'm gonna have to find some waterproof mascara.

I normally don't post in these threads, but I wanted to say that you look lovely and will have great results.

WOW!  Looking at your pics it's hard to believe you haven't started HRT yet.  With where you are already, you are going to absolutely love the way you look after 6 months or HRT when your face and skin soften even more!  Keep on rockin' it, doll!

Thanks for the kind comments! Now if only I could be that passable without the wig and makeup on... Well, maybe after I've been on HRT for a year or so and grown my hair out.

I agree! And yes, I had to look that up.

Alaia, you look fantastic.  I'm sooooo jealous!  I can't even find a shade of lipstick that works for me, and you've even nailed that!

You should be very proud of yourself - and confident too!

Had a bit of work on my face a while ago now. People don't look at me funny like they used to but i still look the same when i look in the mirror to me... lol.. i want brutally honest feed back please and i need to plan my next surgery. Im  thinking about the nose, as it makes me  look very very male.

Welcome to the forum jebee.  In all honesty, I see nothing but 100% female in your pictures.  You look great.

I don't see anything wrong with your nose!  It's not obviously male or female - just neutral and rather pretty.

Great hair in that last picture too - I love the highlights.

I really don't see anything at all in your pictures that I would say needs any kind of surgery.  And that's being brutally honest.

Jebbe, I don't see anything that looks male in your pictures.  A lot of girls see their "old selves" in pictures and in the mirror, because that is what their brains are used to seeing - it's like conditioning.  You see what you expect to see.  But those who have not known you for a long time just see a pretty girl.

With that said, rhinoplasty is the second most common cosmetic surgery in the world.  Lots of women get it.  But I don't see that you need it.

+1 Jamie D is right. Jebbe you look great and should move your photos over the "You look fabulous darling" thread.

@jebee You strike a great pose & look really hot in the red dress. I have a streaked hairpiece like your last pic. You wouldn't want my nose, compared to mine yours doesn't look male. A nice taper to your face and good make up. I agree with all her you look 100% woman. My other sister Jamie D has it right, even when I get made up & see a female face in the mirror, next thing that male facial characteristics is blending through on closer look, what we are used to, you just have to forget that. Now post these again in the "You look fabulous darling" thread, as my friend Shan said.

Hope to see more of you with your new family.
