It won't hurt to ask of course, but I am guessing that RM has their friends test their products-- I am pretty sure after meeting them that they are so confortable wiht trans people it can only be personal experience.

This is definitely the case. When a guy ske them about how they got started, Jesse said that they began making prosthetics because they were asked by a friend who was FTM.  Which really explains a lot of how they do business.

I was just looking through some old emails, and I found this; I figure it might be helpful to someone, considering that RM's color chart can be misleading:

"Our advanced prosthetics include a custom color chart that has 17 skin tones to choose from, land the same chart can be added to a basic prosthetic as well.  Our shop is based out of a private home, so we normally do not allow customers access to it...that is why we came up with the color chart process.  If you prefer, we could arrange to send you a silicone sample of the color or colors you choose to make sure of the match.  There would be a small fee for this service."  (8/7/12)

Looks like we finally have a little bit of a time frame for the design changes:

"We have some exciting things happening here at REELMAGIK. We will be moving to a new, larger location in the Lancaster area in the coming weeks, and will be expanding our business into some new categories. We will also be introducing a number of new products over the next few months, adding some new features and options for some of our existing products, and bringing back some products that our customers have been clamoring for. We are really excited and we know our customers will be very happy with what we are doing. We look forward to sharing these new products and developments with all of you!"

I saw that myself and now I am so torn.  I like their work, except maybe the weight (I have the flexrod version) because it is so heavy.  I need a STP soon because of my job and bathroom conditions. I hate trying to time my bathroom breaks so they are private since I am in a stall every single time.  I would love to just have a STP that works.   I am torn between waiting for RM or getting the Peecock 2.   The major downside to waiting for RM is once it is announced and if I really like it, I would still have to be on a wait list, so may be a year from now before I even see it.  Just don't want to waste money since I have to budget for these things.

You could always try to take super good care of your Pee Cock and resell it after you get your new RM.  Or better, once you get your new RM, sell the old one.
