Dovahkiin: yeah you look younger than you are, but I'd still say a pass as a cute boy.  I'm 28 and I look much younger too, I keep getting directed towards youth groups with regards to FTM and keep having to say I'm 28!! So don't worry about it, it's the pre-T curse!  Lol.  My avatar pic was from when I was 18.

Tossu-sama: I think you always look like you're a care free bad-ass.  Looking good, bro!

Erik Ezrin and ryanronald: I feel the same about smiling!  There's something about smiling that I feel gives me away but I've been told by a few people I know now that it doesn't give me away and some girls recently responded quite nicely to my smiling which was awesome.  But yeah in pics I try not to smile a lot of the time; it makes me look very glum when I'm actually quite a fun guy!  Oh and did I pass you already, Erik?  If not, then pass!

Yeah, Dovahkiin, I'm 18 too, and I usually pass around that age (14 on a bad day, 16 on a good day and girl on a super bad day) as well. It sucks, but it's better than nothing at least.
Jack, in your avatar I'd rate you around 15/16, and pretty good looking (and well passing) too.

I would think harder because usually beyond a certain age you can see someone isn't like 15/16 but a lot older than that. I don't know why, I've seen lots of butchy women that could pass as boys on faces, etc., but yet I could see within the blink of an eye they were women. How can that be??

Charlie, I think you pass just fine. Have you had top surgery or are you just REALLY good at binding? Had to ask.

Simon- And to think I thought today since I was wearing an older binder that is a size larger then I currently wear that I looked like I really needed to bind more.
So no on the top surgery, I honestly could probably get away with not binding due to my chest size being actually rather small in comparison to my weight. I know cis guys who are about the same height/weight as myself with larger man boobs then I have. I don't quite fill an A cup.

Now if only my voice passed I would be set. But I am set to have my first shot of T in 11 days so hopefully in time I will have the voice that passes as well.

I still pass pre-T but I do get mistaken for a lot younger than I am.  To compensate for this I dress younger in a skater boy type style.  However, it affects going out anywhere we may get ID'd cause I haven't got a male ID (it's all very confusing to get a male ID when you're a Scot in Canada).  I think if you tried to dress more your age and you're pre-T, it might not work so well.  I love wearing things like suits, shirts, ties and a waistcoat (vest) but I feel I actually end up looking more feminine cause I don't look grown up enough and it looks awkward.  It's been around 10 years since that photo in my avatar and yet I'm not much different other than have a little more muscle in my upper body.  So I haven't really masculinised enough to keep up with my age.  That's why I'm looking to T now and finding a way to get a male ID cause it's time to look my age AND go out with confidence!

@Charlie: You pass really well, I wouldn't second guess you and fantastic job on the binding! 

@Jack: Yeah, A few of my friends have the same problem, They dress more to suit what they pass as and get asked for ID a lot. Once, My friend actually got kicked out of a club for having a female ID, They threatened to sue him for fraud until he explained.

Seth!  Looking smart.  Love it!  (Sitting here in a batman tee so 'mon the nerds!)

Matthew:  You have a bit of a rounder face and with a short haircut it kinda accentuates that so I'd say it could go either way.  I think the sunglasses go in your favour though, I'm not sure how well you'd pass without.  I think it's defo leaning more towards masculine though so if you got the confidence in every-day life that you have in the picture, then you're fine.  In your avatar pic I think you pass better with the hat.
