Hey thanks for the kind comments, you all :)

My voice is a dead give-away, and my 5'4" height doesn't help. I've lost a bunch of weight and am working on losing more, so I hope that helps the hips issue. I gotta big butt, too haharrrrrgh!

But the boobs... they're DD and I can hide under layers, but not in summer. But I haven't bought a real binder yet, so we'll see how flat I can get.

So I realise it's likely I don't pass right now, but it's late at night and this is with everything down - I haven't done my hair, done any facial fixes (i.e. contours and shadows to make my face look more masculine etc), or even bound my chest. I'm pre-everything, and starting HRT in about 5 months, so I'm pretty damn excited and wanted to make some sorta post before the changes.

Wish me luck.

NOTE: I'm fairly young in comparison to what I assume to be the average age around here, and new to this forum.

I think you are completely passable. I wouldn't questionit if we passed each other on the street.

I love looking through these posts! you all are a great looking bunch!

I'm pre-everything. I'm wondering what perception I'm starting with here.

Vest shows a little, other than that, you pass. skip the vest and go for a jacket. Alternatively, get a vest that's just a shade loose and you'll be fine.

FAKE EDIT: also, these captchas are obnoxious. I'm hoping they eventually go away.

Turtletamer, thanks. I bought my first binder yesterday, so I think that's going to help with the giant boobs.

And the captchas do magically disappear! After a few more posts :)

36 y.o. Pre everything. I know I need to lose weight & gain muscle to offset my hips, but how close to passing am I now?

Sir Real

Mitchel - you pass to me.  That jacket is rockin'.  Not a fan of the belt though, but it might just be because I can't see it too well.  I'd go with a buckle that's more simple personally, not because I don't like the style but for some reason it just seems feminine at that distance.  Anyways, you totally pass to me, man.

You look very masculine to start with. What's throwing me a bit is firstly those earrings, and secondly your hairline imo is more feminine than masculine. That said, i'm so sure you will pass very quickly on T.

Mitchel

Thanks guys, I had been thinking of no ear rings for sometime now. Any tips on creating a more masculine hairline?

I would assume T would help in that regard after some months/years, but i noticed that it seems to be slightly longer and gelled up a little at the front? Maybe shaving that down will help.

Actually I think going shorter will make it worse, since it will show your hairline without hiding any of it. What I find seems to work is if you grow it out a bit, and have the sides and back of your head shorter than the front. Kind of like a Jensen Ackles/Dean Winchester haircut, but without spiking the front up so much.

I had my hair cut and the line "cleaned" up a bit and took out my ear rings. Also, I have a naturally occurring black patch of hair right up front, so it looks spiked up but it isn't.

I've already posted here when I first became a member but I just want some more opinions. My dysphoria has gotten worse and I still think I look like a girl. An ugly girl. :(

How do I look? Any suggestions?
