I can't suggest anything for the suit cost, but as for the height they do make men's dress shoes with inserts so we shorties can stand shoulder to shoulder with everyone else.

There's a suit shop at Harold square called my suit, you can get one completely custom made for your body for about $500 (choices of fabrics and stuff). There's also modern tailor, a website where you plug in your measurements and they make a suit custom. Prices for that start at around $200, and they have shirts for $20
