According to the report, up to a third of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community have experienced violence, abuse or both at the hands of their partner. That's pretty shocking stuff. Titled Fair's Fair, the report aims to explode the myths that abound about same sex domestic violence.

ACON CEO Stevie Clayton says that the levels and types of domestic violence in same sex relationships are similar to those experienced in heterosexual relationships. Sometimes partners threaten to out their other halves, and some have even used HIV related threats as a means to take control or manipulate.
