Quote from: Anna! :D on May 05, 2013, 09:20:43 PMI've solved 261 out of 263 sudoku puzzles in the book I bought last November.  I'll need to find something new to do with my free time once I finish!
New sudoku book! Sudoku is addicting.

If you don't mind my asking, what religion are you?

I feel oddly social lately. Also been feeling oddly competitive.

Could you explain what that means?  I cannot for the life of me figure it out.

It's more of a spirituality than it is a religion.   I classify myself as an agnostic Pagan.  I don't personally believe we'll know what happens after death until we die, but I choose to believe in gods and goddesses and other supernatural tid-bits.  I draw a lot of my spirituality from older Celtic mythos, Kemeticism, and Hellenism.  Old Norse also makes an appearance though rarely. I reached the conclusions I have through personal experience, and I don't expect anyone to believe me about them.  Hell, I even take the experiences with a grain of salt.

I have a glass bowl that is filled with moss, acorns, a piece of flint from England, and several feathers (one of which is a rook's feather).  It's not an offering in the sense that I'm giving it to any specific deity.  It's meant as an "offering" to nature and the world and to bring into my altar.   I have another bowl for the sea as well though that one's mostly because of Poseidon.

Oooooh I understand now.   Thanks for the explanation! I thought the whole phrase was a symbolic.  That's what caught me off guard.

Keaira and I are watching this and it reminds me of the FTM tag on tumblr. In every way.

After I'm done with this summer class, I may try to obtain my drivers license and hopefully find a job after that.  Hopefully I can either get in at a distribution center, UPS, or a dishwasher.

Of course I'm sane.  When trees start talking to me, I don't talk back.

What a coincidence - it's a beautiful sunny day here in Madison. First t-shirt day in absolutely ages. I couldn't be happier. :D

I'm thinking its good that the hard start capacitor I suggested helped with the issue of the ac on my neighbor's rv not wanting to start on the Honda inverter with it in econo mode. Now just have to help him with a few other things on it before its ready for the island, just wish the weather would improve sooner.
