Watched a couple of "Sh*t Transguys Say" videos on youtube, was crying with laughter. Chase's video is one of my favorites, also made me notice how much I tug on my shirt all the time when I'm out.

Yep, my friend Paul constantly tells me "quit jacking your shirt". It really just becomes habit after awhile.

Speaking of chests I'm getting an almost unhealthy obsession with top surgery. My gf tells me to stop worrying about it, it's coming. Working towards getting it done around this time next year right before I have to go back in the hospital for scans. That way if another kidney surgery has to be done at least my chest will be done first.

Is the person sitting over there a lesbian, a dude, or a trans dude, and should I try to be their friend...hmmm...

Why is it so significant that I, *birthname*, was helping my cismale friend when he had a bowtie malfunction right before our winter concert?  :eusa_wall:
Being trans doesn't mean I'm incompetent when it comes to "guy" things- if anything, for me it means the opposite.

Weather permitting I will indeed be wringing copious dihydrogen monoxide from my junk  :P

I'm trying to convince myself to change into girl-clothes and sit on my deck with a book before it gets too dark to read.  I feel this would be a good next-step for me... somebody give me a push! :)

Woman, go put a cute outfit on and sit on the deck with a book! I would love to be able to sit on my porch right now but it's raining like crazy outside today.  Go enjoy the sunshine for me!

Yes! That makes me so happy you knew what that was!  That quote really stuck a cord with me and I have really been trying to live by it.  I loved that game dearly.

Bowties have been having a comeback thanks to Doctor Who.

I can relate, i still have the line in my facebook quotes section.  Maybe it stuck with you because Richter said it so often?   I missed the world exploring they had in Symphonia 1.  I also missed playing as my favorite character - Sheena

That may be true, but everyone i have ever seen in a bowtie is some kind of oddball nosepicker. Just my probably unwanted two bits worth. But manly guys never wear bowties, never!

I love Tales games.  And no, I think it is because a good friend of mine quoted it to me too after I heard it in the game.  I've always been what I would consider a coward.  I'm not very brave nor am I confident.  So the fact that Emil struggled with it too and came to be a very strong young man really stuck with me.  I'm glad to have found another Tales friend!

Last night I felt a pain from binding kick in. This morning it hurts more. I'm going out with my grandparents, and I can either choose to bind, or leave it and hope that I don't get misgendered at the restaurant with my chest unbound. :( I may have to go unbound, because in Indiana, if it's god awful hot I will not really have the option of not binding.

This sucks because I've always bound "safely" (as safely as you can - proper fitting, etc)...most days only for about 3 hours at a time, and not even every day if I can help it.

*hugs* dont worry. If its hurting that bad, we will limit where we go and what we do. I will not risk your health. And dont you dare pretend it doesnt hurt because I can read you like a book mister.

The skin on my legs is unbelievably soft. Like, if I press my fingernail into it the impression remains for several minutes.
I'm not sure if this is amazing or horrifying. '~'

If you can't decide then definitely choose "amazing" since it sounds more positive! :)
