Prof HB, that's exactly how I felt when I met my gf for the first time. She came to stay with me for a week after we had been talking thru text and phone calls for a while. I was so nervous I was dizzy. It worked out though, I ended up moving three states over to be with her, and that was over a year ago.

I remember my last day very well and it was 32 years ago. It was surreal and full of hope and optimism... little did I know it was the start of THE worst ten years of my life!

But, we live and learn...

My God...I can attest to that, lol. Been a bit longer than a decade of crud here. I'm 31 and finally things are coming together financially, medically, and with transition.

People always say they wish they could go back in time to their youth. Heck no, I don't want to go through that time again.

here was a spider on my bed closer than arms reach....I got my shoes and smashed him to pieces.  After that I rubbed the shoes together to make sure nothing was left of him.

I hope that spider learns a lesson.

And I got a good laugh watching Jake run up and down the stairs about 6 times in a row at full speed, growling all the down and panting all the way up and he'd do a loop at each end so he hits the stairs at full speed. He does that sort of thing about once a day, runs around the house a bunch of times at full speed and the stairs if I am near them.
