Facial feminization surgery (FFS) Dr. Lazaro Cardenas

I am awaiting to get a call from Dr. Cardenas for my Consultation in Guadalajara Mexico for information on Facial Feminization surgery. I have heard good and bad rev iews. I am being positive and optimistic about  my decision!!

Can  anyone else share their experience with this Doctor?

I don't know if you guys have heard of Kelly Pierce, she's a porn star and pretty popular. She have had FFS with Dr. Cardenas. If I remembered it correctly, she got forehead contouring, brow lift, and nose job done. And the result was great obviously cause she looks very beautiful now

Didn't she start hormones in her early teens though?

I can't find many examples of Dr.C's work which is kinda strange, his prices are affordable but that might because he's not as skilled and not as well known as the other FFS surgeons.

Yes she did at age 12. I agree, I can't find many example of his work either but from what I've gathering so far, he's the best option with a very affordable price. If I get everything done in the states I'd be spending around 30k when I can get the same thing with Dr. Cardenas for almost half of that price. Plus I honestly don't feel like I need to see more of his work than I already have because he did FFS for Marion Love and that's all I care about. I see that amazing result as quality over quantity and that's enough said.

I'm considering having my FFS with Dr. Cardenas sometimes in July. If I have more money, I'd choose Dr. Bart or Dr. Chettawut (Thailand) instead but I'm not only flying myself out of the country, my mom and sis are going with me as well. My sis is only 12 so she can't really stay at home by herself so that means I've to spend more money and I don't have more than 20k right now so that's why I picked Dr. Cardenas mainly because for the price, he and his team did a great job. Plus I heard Guadalajara is very nice and safe so that makes me feel a whole lot better with my decision. Anyways, I can't wait til July. I'll keep you guys posted :-)

Just from what i've heard from a few people and the girls at FFS support who don't think highly of his work. Also it's strange that there arent many examples of his work. There's a pdf at FFS support group with a few before & afters from him and they look rather odd and not natural. While a friend of mine had her forehead and nose done recently and the before & after is very impressive at only a week post-op.

Well thank you for your compliment. Girl I look gorgeous mainly because of makeup. I'm just very good at it. I don't look that pretty and feminine without makeup on. You can't really see my brow bossing in the pic but in person it's pretty bad so I need a forehead contouring. Plus I've a very square jawline, again you can't really see in the pic because of the angle so the jawline contouring procedure is gonna be on the list. I hate my brow cause it's not as high as in female, so I definitely need a brow lift. Also, my nostrils are big so I definitely need a rhinoplasty. I'm also getting cheek implants cause I want them high cheek bones, trust me it does make a difference and will compliment your overall facial features/contour a lot. So I'm pretty much getting almost everything except lip lift and trachea shave. I'm already super passable but my goal for FFS is to look beautiful and feminine naturally without any makeup... By the way, do you have the quote from Dr. Dimaggio?

Yeah I know that feel girl, i'm pretty good with makeup but god I hate applying it. It takes up so much of my time, i'd like for once not to worry about putting my makeup on just to go to the store. I havent gotten a quote from Dimaggio yet but from others who've been to him recently full FFS with him costs around 17-18k. I like his forehead & nose work but the chin/jawline work seems like he doesn't do much, he think he prefers a more natural approach but will be aggressive on a certain area if you tell him. I was thinking about going to him because i'm just getting my forehead and nose done. I have high cheekbones and a nice round face so I kinda lucked out I guess.

My friend went to Cardenas for her forehead + nose and it turned out really good. I don't have her before & after pic's but I can tell you she had a very masculine brow bone. I'm just not sure about this surgeon, his prices are really good but is the skill there? I know he has more exp with natural women then with trans women so idk. If I went to him I'd probably get breast implants or some other body work done too because it's so cheap.

I love makeup but I don't wanna spend an hour and a half in front of the mirror for my makeover everytime I wanna go out. That's just ridiculous. Even if I'm doing a natural makeup look, I need to have at least 30-35 mins. I wish I could just leave the house without makeup on or very little makeup like no eyeshadow, no foundation just some mascara and soft liner on top not bottom and still have guys hit on me. I hope that day comes soon Jesus.

Girl I've high cheek bones myself. Dr. Cardenas didn't recommend this procedure because I don't really need it. But I was like since I'm gonna go through all this pain so why not get them cheek implants as well. I want that contour without having to use bronzer so yeah... My main concern is my forehead so I'll make sure to tell Dr. Cardenas to be aggressive when he performs that procedure. A lot of people said good thing about his wife nose job so I'm not too worry about that.

If you think your friend's FFS result with Dr. Cardenas was good then why are you still doubting his skills? You know how your friend looks before and after so you should be able to be the judge ma'am. Like I showed a lot of my friends' Tristan before and after pic and they were all WOW so I've faith in Dr. Cardenas

I have tried to get about 10 people I know of to do YouTube videos talking about this subject but the problem is they don't want people to know they had ffs or want to be completely stealth and feel this will hurt there chance at that. It's whatever I know 7 of them are on this site and will see the post, but I just think it sucks not many people who go to him are willing to talk about especially considering how much their facial appearance improved from the ffs

Nice to see that you are still hanging in here in spite of all..   Reacting to your remark, I must say I find it a bit strange when it is so difficult to find proper before and after photos of any FFS surgeon's work. As it happens, there are only three I know of where it is really easy to see photos, Dr Di Maggio (loads of before and afters on the FFS support forum), Dr Van de Ven (loads of photos on his site along with testimonials  and on the FFS support forum), Facial Team (loads of photos on their site but so perfect eg. flawless skin, that  I'm just a little bit suspicious about their guarantee about them not being digitally enhanced...).
Strangely, given how long they have been around, it is far harder to find photos of Dr O's , Dr Z's and Dr S's patients, especially recent ones.
I have no idea what to conclude but just wonder why some surgeons seem to have little difficulty getting their patients to post, either in public or in private (FFS Support forum, here...),  wheareas for others it is almost mission impossible, Dr's Cardenas & Pimentel in particular.
