Beth, I'm pretty sure that the brain isn't exposed by the Type 3 procedure. There is a hollow sinus chamber behind the forehead, and the back of that chamber is bone, which completely protects the brain tissue. AFAIK, only the sinus  tissue is exposed...

Hey Tristan, when Dr. Cardenas did your brow lift? Did you can experience less bushy eyebrows and your eyebrows are thinner?

You know how genetic girls has super thin eyebrows, I'm always jealous of that but I wasn't sure if the brow lift would take care of that problem cause I have pretty bushy and thick eyebrows lmao

How exactly would a brow lift cause thin eyebrows? Eyebrows are shaped through plucking. If a genetic girl stops plucking, her eyebrows grow as bushy as any genetic male. But there's one difference. Constant plucking of eyebrows causes damage to the hair follicles. This means that over the years, this damage causes eyebrows to thin permanently.

I've had two brow lifts. Eyebrow thickness was never affected, only their position. But my eyebrows are as thin as any genetic girl's, 'cause I pluck.

I can see the attraction. You can get a similar effect with a good eyebrow pencil and maybe a stencil, as long as the eyebrows are plucked into a nice shape. Rest assured, you do not need a browlift or have to be a genetic girl. A beautician will be able to do this for you or suggest something.

Nope...is that why 2 of the 3 have mis-colored skin right next to the eyebrows?

I was impressed of how the price were creepily low and I was seriously planning to go there till I saw the comment below. I have a Type 3 Forehead that needs to be hidden constantly with fringes and I always get clocked/outed by my straight partners when they suddenly lift my fringes while I do Oral with them, so embarassing. I always need to grab their hand off quickly before they touch my hair in front.  Girls who do the best Forehead surgery Type 3 in the world? Name the surgeons please.

However, i dont think his forehead shaving are the best compared to other doctors I went and had it redone and it looks better but i still wish he could been more agressive..... it looked a little lumpy and weird.... i think his weaker area is doing the forehead part whereas his stronger area is noses, chin/jaw/ etc

2. Cheek Bones Reduction surgery lacking
My cheek bones are very big prominent and masculine, I need to use fillers to fix it always. It's the only facial surgery that's lacking in his field of FFS price list. Does he not do that at all or what?

3. Fear about General Security
I am very paranoid about South American countries as Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela & Brazil. I always get the idea that as soon as I step out the airport a fake taxi is gonna bring me somewhere to mug me brutally and take all my money I worked so hard and saved for FFS, kidnap/sequestrate me and worst kill me. How is the security like in Mexico Tristan, did you feel safe? Who fetched you from the Airport? Does Carnedas provide his own transport or you need to take a taxi?

You might wanna look into Dr. DiMaggio in Buenos Aires he does really good forehead work and I've seen a lot of type 3 foreheads he's done come out looking beautiful. I'm probably gonna go to him for my forehead and Cardenas later on for my nose because his wife does do beautiful work on noses.
