I want SRS so bad but, I cant afford it. I will not be able to pay for it any time soon.  I don't know how to deal with these feelings.

Google Jim Collins Foundation.  They provide "scholarships" for SRS, and a friend of mine was one of their recipients and had her work done by Dr. McGinn. Otherwise, one day at at time is the best I can advise.  Keep up with your Gender Therapy and use your therapist as a sounding board for ideas on how to get the cash.

I have applied for a grant from Jim Collins since 2008.  It is catch as catch can.  But it dies give some hope.
