Came out to my Aunt today

So it's been raining cats and dogs today, pretty wet and nasty.
I went to see my aunt as she is the closest family I have, long story.

She has been through quite a lot recently so opened up to her today now things have settled down, telling her about things. I was nervous, it took some time to open up  but the biggest issue was finding a quiet place away to talk.

It went much better than I thought and she said she will be there and give me whatever I need.
While I was not too concerned about her reaction I was surprised to say the least.

She knows I am going to see a therapist to deal with it and whatever will be will be.

I really don't care what others think as they have never been part of my life after I lost my mother many years ago.

I think I will sleep well tonight
