Stressed to the point of being sick ?

This happens to me more when im out especially if we go to a clothes shop and im around womens clothing I sweat and panic and nearly heave ,
can anyone else relate to this ? Im hoping the meds im on help with this , but it seems to have gotten worse recently :/

Yeah, sounds like your typical anxiety: racing heart, cold sweats, shortness of breath... And a lot more if you're unfortunate. You can get anxiety medication to help if it gets bad for you often enough. The source, though, is probably dysphoric feelings.

I get that way when I'm stressed and I just lay down on the couch and feel like I'm going to puke.
But as Lo said, seed professional medical help, this could be anxiety, or something else treatable.

Yep early in my part-time transition i was the same. Social anxiety. Mine was so bad i had to take meds to help get through parts of the day . It faded after a few months once i went full time.

Hang in and if needed talk to your doctor and maybe they can help some. It is one of them normal things that comes early in ones transiton.

o thanks guys I feel less alone and weird about it now knowing its not just me im already on alot of medication for anxiety and I am doing better it just comes on so fast and pushes me over the edge
