at times it seems more easy to live life and try and be happy...just put on a smile and hope when you die you can come back as what you want.
I admit that I've felt that way many times myself. To quite extreme ends, sometimes.
The trouble with this, however, is that you are putting your fate, maybe literally, in the lap of the gods. It's a bit of a gamble. And assumes that a) you get the choice, b)
something out there knows what you want, or c) that either is able to do anything about it. For all we know, the next life, if there is one, may involve flinging dung at each other in the depths of a rainforest.
Better, perhaps, to take control of this life yourself than hope for just the right cosmic circumstances in the next one. The best results aren't solely determined by age. I would suggest moreso by how much you want it, and are willing to put in the time and effort. Nothing worthwhile in life is ever easy. But it is possible. Heck you just have to look at other women here, who found themselves later in life and acted upon that, to see how stunningly beautiful, exceptionally graceful, and serenely peaceful it's possible to be within and without.
