Dr. Spiegel is on the top of my list for FFS surgeons. He's here in the states in Boston, his prices are high but in my opinion he has some of the best results. You should look up his results on his site or YouTube. He's probably the surgeon I'll go to.
There's also Dr. Toby G. Mayer, he's pretty high on my list to and works in Beverly Hills. He also has great results and also offers female vocalization surgery, again check out his site and see if you like his results.
There's also Facial Team which has good results. I haven't done as much research on them but they have a site you can find easily. They also offer Virtual FFS which is like a virtual consultation where they can predict your results.
I hope this helps, I've really looked into to this and I definitely want to find the right surgeon. Let your heart speak for itself, there's a lot of options out there but only you know what you want.
