As a Crossdresser, How Do You Develop Your Bust?

To me, my bust is the most important element of my new femme image, although I do have troubles with falling bra straps!

I hate silicone breastforms and I am trying to project myself using nipple pumps, electric breast pumps, suckling by voracious lovers (I wish!), push-up bras & herbal treatments.

What do you other gurls favour?

Discord, I'm howlin' at the moon
And sleepin' in the middle of a summer afternoon
Discord, whatever did we do
To make you take our world away?

Discord, are we your prey alone,
Or are we just a stepping stone for taking back the throne?
Discord, we won't take it anymore
So take your tyranny away!

When I was a cross-dresser, I found the best place to go was the Breast Form Store online. They have a very wide variety of breast forms and the best thing to do is to find your size and then order. They also give you suggetsions on how to create a cleavage as well. I've never had any problems.  :)

There has been so many times that men have come up to me and asked if my breasts are real, and they become so disappointed when I tell them that they are not.  :o :(

I understand your desire for real bosoms. I have dealt with this issue for quite awhile myself. I don't hate forms, though. I think you should consider them an option, at least for occasions. For me I can think of nothing better than having real, sensual breasts without the side effects that come from taking female hormones. For some of us, that's really not an option.

I've heard some claims of results from non-prescription pills (or "herbals"), but I'd be wary of these. The fact is that such things are still essentially drugs and can have side effects as well. For instance, anything that can accelerate breast growth could, plausibly accelerate cancer growth as well. Probably anything taken for this purpose should be supervised by a physician.

Some people do claim fair success after a year or more of daily suction pumping. I actually have one of these and have used it for a few months, though not as much as I would like. I haven't seen a lot of results, but I am a very slender with little body fat. I understand that if you already have a fair number of fat cells in your chest results can be more dramatic. You can learn a lot more about this from the forum at Noogleberry.com.

I actually didn't buy a the Noogleberry unit, though. Being a do-it-yourselfer, I picked up a hand vacuum pump at Harbor Freight (sold as a brake bleed kit) and a couple of Oxo Good Grips funnels (at Bed, Bath and Beyond), some clear 1/4" tubing from Home Depot and epoxied my the tubes to funnels. The funnel set comes with two sizes and works fine for me after adding some plastic cushioning. While I haven't had a lot of results in size increase, I like that it's made things looser there, which helps for things like pushing up cleavage.

I have breast pumps but I am more interested in developing my nipples, so they protrude more. I have and still use nipple pumps, have but no longer use O-rings or and-called snake-bites.  I also use many types of clamps and the "Tower of Pain'. Most of those devices cannot be worn for a long time as blood circulation to the nipple is reduced. Though I believe my nipples are more protruding than a year ago when I started "working" on them. But over the years I have come to appreciate pain to some degree, and my partner like to squeeze and pull my nipples, I love it! Knowing this, I put my head to using my love of pain to come up with a nipple stretching technique of my own. I took two plastic caps from a spray can - Like WD-40 or another similar type of cap. I cut out the centre of the top of the cap, giving an circular opening about 3/4". I slide the cap over forceps, take a nipple with the forceps, pull it out to maximum, slide the cap over the nipple, then insert a needle into the nipple close to the cap. I know not everyone would enjoy this, but I do. The advantage - the protrusion with the system is 1 3/4", and  I can keep these on for hours at a time, all waking hours if I'm at home all day. I believe this may help make the protrusion more quickly "permanent", my goal is to have a final protrusion of 3/4". See:

For me, I used pueraria mirifica for the breast enhancement. I have had great success with it, however, I wanted to go further. I am now taking bovine ovary to change the hormones over to estrogen. Having a more female look to go with the boobs. I have been on it for a whole month now and think that I have seen a slight increase to the boobs. If not a full C cup, close to it. The reason to have boobs from the beginning was to have something natural to fill the bras with. I don't like fake boobs. Plus they feel so much better when placed naturally in a bra. My lady doctor was shocked in the size of the boobs, so she ordered a mammogram for them. It went well.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that I am taking raw pituitary with the bovine ovary. The hardest thing to do with this regimen is to keep the body temperature between 98.2 and 98.7. At least it is for me. The liver will produce the hormones best at that level. So, I take L-tyrosine and kelp (iodine). Also coconut oil seems to work, at least temporarily, anyhow. At least a tablespoon a day.

When some guys try to touch my bust, I sometimes wish to have two boobs, even they are A-cup size. As East Asian women mostly have smaller breats, I am fine with just wearing strapless A-cup bras.

The most important element is my waist to me.

I fixed the falling strap by going down 1 band size.

valerie anne

Agreed,

Wearing a bra full time is much more of an undertaking than I had originally supposed.

Basically, your back band has to be quite tight, so that you can just get the four fingers of your hand under the band. That's actualy very snug.

Also, your straps should not be extendible to your ear lobes. If so they are too loose and will slip down.

The first week will therefore be extremely uncomfortable if you have been properly fitted for your bra.

After that, you will enjoy full bust support and forget about your cutting bra straps.

Falling strap problems will disappear, as you will develop grooves in your shoulders into which your straps will slip!

I recommend that you wear your new bra 24/7 on the third clasp, and if you have strap slippage, then tighten up!

First, I am absolutely not advising that you start taking hormones. However, I had significant nipple growth after taking fairly low-dose estradiol patches for about 9-months, and they have remained that way a year later (though surrounding puffiness has subsided). I am now quite conscious of my nipples protruding from my clothing, though I imagine that outcomes vary considerably from one individual to the next. I suspect that I'm relatively responsive to estradiol, as the rapid growth and composition change of my nipples was really quite surprising. Actually, I now have a love-hate relationship with hormones, as while I love the growth, it also scares me a bit -- I'm not very good at commitment, closing doors and burning bridges (like saying goodbye to my male chest). This, I suspect, is why I have no tattoos, even though I like the idea of them.

My girlfriend is very flat chested she has a little breast growth even after six months on hrt and i was wondering what we could do to make it look like she has cleavage. She really wants me to figure this out and take her bikini shopping for which we are both excited to do. Please help.

Here's a method I ran across on another forum some years ago and done right provides amazing cleavage even if you have little or nothing to work with. I'll attribute it to the original poster, named Maryann:

Quote
Buy a good molded bra with liners, make an incision in the liner, insert a non-sticky gel pad, then cut up a 2" diameter foam squeeze ball into two halves, place the half balls into each pocket of the bra with the convex side facing your chest. On the surface of the liner, stick on each side a no-slip heel cushion you can get from Payless Shoes. The friction from the heel cushion will keep the pushed in breast tissues in place and the pressure from the half ball will create a crest on each side of the chest. This will make each side look like a very sexy rounded cup. When you have them on both sides, it's perfect cleavage.

Hello,
I am from France.
My chest was developped : gynecomastia. But it was not a problem, it was a chance.
So I took a treatment for "assist nature" Provames + cyproterone.
This is effective. But you should consult a doctor as there may be risks.
