I am at last weighing(myself) 118 but our scales are off and at my last endo I was weighed at 115, so I have put weight back on from the start of the year unfortunately. weird thing is though I do not particularly have large arms or legs, it seems most of my weight(size) is on my stomach. So yes I am a big girl but hope to change that somehow.

Modify your intake to your current needs rather than what you needed as a teenager when you were involved in sports and other activities, eat lean foods, smaller portions, then get into a daily workout regimen and do it religiously, within a year or so you will not look anything like your current self and will be amazed.

Next person who calls themselves a "big girl" who is  less than 5'10 or 300lbs is getting sat on by me.

And I'm 6'3 and 425 so that isn't fin

Sorry it is in kgs, thought I added that. Never was heavily into sport didn't enjoy it or see the point, exceptions were Tenpin Bowling of which I won trophies and medals for....though hardly seems that great in hindsight and self defence karate and again never felt like there was any point or enjoyment with it after awhile. I did train for a while to be a 'pro' wrestler but various health issues put an end to that.

So not a very sporty person.when I was like 12 or 13 I only weigh about 38kgs just couldn't put weight on no matter what I ate, then I came of medication for epilepsy and my weight shot upto to 86kgs and then over the last few years I have gone over 100kgs. But yeah most of my weight seems to stick to my stomach and maybe my thighs and face.

Also I say I am a 'big girl' only because I have been led to believe that especially in comparison to other girls around me and certain attitudes. By the way most 'male' pro-wrestlers weigh over 200 pounds and they are far from unhealthy. One or two 'female' wrestlers that I know of that are over 120 pounds and again hardly unhealthy.

I went up to 103kg, and doing exactly what Shantel has said here has got me down to 82kg in about 18 months.

For exercise, an hour of walking 4 or 5 times a day has been enough.

This is definitely in the 'Could I pass?' part of the thread's title, but here we go!

If all goes according to plan I'll be starting HRT tomorrow, and I'm hoping it will fill out some of these masculine angles and lines on my face.

Excuses over, I'm screwing up my courage and posting a pic :)

Yep, that's pretty darn big... I'm the same height but less than half your weight. I consider myself a tall girl rather than a big one.

I've never weighed much, and was even unhealthily underweight a couple of times. I did start to pack it on a bit more after I hit 40, especially around the waist. Walking is the main thing I'm trying to lose it. If I could lose a full stone (whatever that is in kilos or pounds) I'll be very happy. Some people are recommending squats, might give those a go. If only the squats would move it up to my bewbs I'd be very happy! ;D

Congratulations Joan!  :eusa_clap:

I had let myself go and turned into a blimp for awhile and finally took control of it quite successfully. It takes work and determination along with deleting a lot of bad thinking about the place of food and drinks in one's life. If I can do it anyone can and I try to encourage others to become successful gaining control over weight issues. It's so wonderful to look good in your clothes, feel good about yourself and enjoy a better quality of life.

Joan,
You have a nice face to begin with, pretty eyes and nice eyebrows. You might need some nose work eventually and there are fillers for cheeks. You have a really nice look about you though hon, you go girl!

Joan

We'll thank you! It does take a new approach to food and what you eat, but once you get into good habits then it gets easier. The blood test results from my yearly health check up got back into healthy ranges too.

Oh, and it should have been walking 4 or 5 times a week, not a day. That would be pretty tiring :D

Yes, I've been thinking the same thing. The nose is big in my family, my mom and sister too. I think mine might be the biggest though :)

Are fillers injections?

Yes, collagen and it lasts for about three years and has to be tuned back up. You'll have to talk to your local plastic surgeon and investigate the possibilities.

u look like u have had work done on ur face... it could just be cause ur facial features r so strong. im wondering r u transgender or just a drag queen? cause u said "in drag". in the pic of u as u put "in drag" I cant really see ur whole face cause u have it at a weird angle, but at that angle u look like a girl to me.

Work done on my face?  No. I've never had anything done to me, lol. My background is Polish so I guess I get the slavic cheekbones?
And No Im not drag queen... I simply said "in drag" because Im wearing a wig and make up... Sorry, Should I have used a different word?

Thank you btw... Now if only my body could pass too :(   Absolutely hating my broad shoulders and arms. Too many years trying to fit into a male stereotype :/

Edit: if u want to have a feminine body before hormones Id suggest stop doing pushups and only doing 100 situps and 20 squats a day cause that's what I do and my body looks like this
.

WOW!  *slightly jealous*

You've inspired me, Going to have to start up those squats I think!

lol awww thank ya... I don't really have much technique yet.. Just practicing :)  As for the photo -  It's really nothing special though... Just a little liquid liner on my top lashline, tapering out to a wing and a little highlite in the corner of the eye. I just follow youtube videos of people like michellephan, and I try my best... mind you my first few times were shocking!!!!
