I think long hair makes a better chance of getting a higher feminine score. I got 98% although the photo was taken 2 years ago. Should I grow my hair longer? I am already tired of managing my hair.

OMG thank you ladies, you don't know how you have made my day and helped my self esteem, although Jamie, I've been told that my eyes being wider apart makes me look so much more intelligent. I can't wait to start HRT, my counselor is like an arctic river, frozen at the mouth, he is speechless and won't say anything, so I'm seriously thinking of finding one that is more amicable. You're so sweet, thank you dear!    I have to quite my cigarette habit, they taste so good but I just can't stand those awful filter tips, they get stuck in my teeth and when I swallow them they cause constipation. I heard that the endocrinologist frowns on tobacco use if we are on HRT as it can cause serious problems.

you look quite feminine in the first two photos with the hair in front of one side of your face. from those two photos you can see you'll do great on hormones

Would you mind pointing out what you mean? I personally think that my jawline, chin, thin lips, brow, and nose all need some tweaks. I am happy with my cheek bones though, so that's a start

Its funny, I never noticed how small my eyes are compared to my face till I started taking pictures of me in make up. I am sure there are ways to offset that with hair styling and makeup though.

I would suggest a different hairstyle... Something that draws attention away from the jaw. I've been told that such cuts/styles as you have draw attention to a masculine jaw line.

Ok, as requested, pictures from the side.  Ignoring the beard shadow, is there anything else preventing me from being passable?  I think I look horribly ugly from the side, but can't judge whether its actually anything to do with being passable as female.  Also, sorry for the crappy picture quality, it's all I have for now, but I think it's good enough to judge facial structure passability.

From my perspective, the largest hindrance to your ability to be read as consistently female is the ratio or proportion between your nose and jaw. That being said, I think that having a weak jaw won't necessarily stop your from passing if you grow your hair into a longer, more feminine style, shape your brows, and get electrolysis.

Thanks.  I'll likely be looking into a nose job, maybe doing something about my chin.  Those are the 2 things I've always hated about myself, even before wanting to live as a woman.  Growing my hair is definitely happening as well as laser and maybe electrolysis for whatever laser doesn't get.

I don't know about that. You look very passable from the front. As for the side, I would clean up your 5:00 shadow, smile, and maybe try a different hairstyle.

I struggle with my looks as well (my girlfriend always tells me, "welcome to the club") but I've come to the conclusion that I'd rather be an ugly woman than an unhappy man. Look around. Women come in all shapes, sizes, and looks. Like I said I'm not too confident about my own looks, but after coming back from a work function, my girlfriend made the comment that I'm well on my way to becoming the best looking woman in the small group of mine (I only have two others on my teams). Counting my youngest son's mom and a few others, I'm not doing too bad .
