Consider this a little game.  It isn't a sympathy thread, and I'm not asking for you to spill everything that's weighing down your heart.  Instead I want to turn the table on our bad days, and ask for the story you can now look back at and laugh about.  The one story that is completely preposterous, insanely dumb, or even embarrassing.  Maybe we need to find the humor hidden in our bad times.  Especially today.

I want to thank Kariann for posting the story about her day in another tread.  For some reason it made me think we've all have had a day something like hers.  And I hope Kari can look back at today and laugh about it.

If no one wants to post it's o.k.   I understand.

Yeah today sucked....but at least i didn't slip on the hardwood floor like my sister in law did....lets just say she probably won't be wearing teal panties, or a skirt without tights/nylons ever again lol.
I need a hero to save me now, i need a hero to save my life, a hero will save me just in time!!

Since family is over 800 miles away we were spared any drama this year by having a nice quite day then going to our favorite Thai restaurant for a "non traditional" thanksgiving dinner which was actually quite good.

I can only imagine how awkwardly bad it would have been otherwise

We don't have Turkeyfest in Australia, and I've never been in the States around this time of year to experience the event in glorious 3D surround sound smell-arama... so sadly no worst or best to share. Post a similarly themed thread come Christmas time though and I might have a story or two! ;)

Happy Turkeyfest!
