So today was a pretty big milestone! I've been on an exercise schedule for about a month now. I have lost easily about 20-30. Today was the first day I looked at myself and thought, "You know, you look pretty good." so that's a hhuuggee plus. Ironically I'm at that stage in dieting where you feel super huge for really no particular reason. I've splurged a bit here and there too within this week, mostly because I'm not eating enough.

Still, done rambling now. Just thought I would blurt all that out.

So...it is done. 9 weeks of torture, but it's done! I'm not finished by a long shot but that's about the end of what I had structured.

Had to upload to two different places. For some reason my usual website wouldn't take the first picature. Second one is weird because idunno, face xD not sucking in, just my face is.

That is good progress.

I only had a bit over 30lbs I really wanted to lose.  I am finding that those pounds I lost are way too easy to find again ... /sigh

I wish you the as much success with whatever the next goal is that you are setting for yourself (weight or otherwise).

Oh yeah. It definatly likes to sneak back up on you. I can't help but have something carby every noe and then. I cut out bread an junk but it always finds it's way back lol. Hope you yourself can keep it away ^_^ and thank you! I plan to hopefully lose a lot more.
