So today was a pretty big milestone! I've been on an exercise schedule for about a month now. I have lost easily about 20-30. Today was the first day I looked at myself and thought, "You know, you look pretty good." so that's a hhuuggee plus. Ironically I'm at that stage in dieting where you feel super huge for really no particular reason. I've splurged a bit here and there too within this week, mostly because I'm not eating enough.
Still, done rambling now. Just thought I would blurt all that out.
