February 13th 97kg (212lbs) was 96.7kgs yesterday so I rounded it up!
Started doing 15km (9.4miles) each morning on my bike for four days now. I do it in under 40mins with 1/3 of steady inclines (about 5kms uphills). A lot of trucks on the road so its scary ... lol. Also changed more of my diet four days ago to replace other stuff such as chocolate, red meat and coffee:
• bananas x2
• black plumbs x2
• pear x1
• unsalted nuts -very small handful-
• 1- 2 litres of water
• Bowl of green salad (kale?) beetroot, cherry tomato, black zebra tomato, pear tomatoes. (added 10-15g of low fat cheddar every second day to it now for extra flavour) This has no dressing ever.
***aiming to eat under 5-6000kj per day on average, as I got told I need 8000-9000 to maintain weight, so I guess dropping a bit will aid more weight loss***
I will stick to this 5-6 days, then add meat one day, and whatever I desire on that one day. Fingers crossed I see more weight loss as I never did correctly exercise until now as I need to drop 5-7kg to make it easier to ride the bike. I just hope adding the bike riding five days a week will have an impact.
