How I regret it taking a break, I have been under extreme amount of stress and anxiety the last two weeks, it explains the weight not moving, I suppose...?

I will keep at it...! I will try to relax more, continue eating as healthy as I can and exercise when I can.

Happy Halloween everyone! 

I'm down 15.6 pounds since I restarted my diet and I'm sitting at just under 60 lbs under my highest weight.  I'm within 18 lbs of my lowest weight.  Hoping to get below that and below 300 by February.

A steady decrease. Encouraging!

Started at 240 about this time last year...
Today after workout 173
Goal 160..
Trying to hit that by End of December ..
I doubt I will make it my weight keeps bouncing up..and down.
I am just under 5-7

Trending up lately and going into a week of events, and will miss my first Friday weigh-in since joining in on the fun. Eek! :o

360+  at my highest weight when I found out I was type II. Went to 340 from ketosis, then with off and on half-hearted efforts over ~6 years to get to 300 on 1/21/2014. That is when I came out to myself and started to care about living again and things became absurdly easier. My daughter attributes it to living honestly, which makes life easier in the ways that matter most.

Rather than miss an entire week and break a great streak of consistency, I am checking in a day early and it's good for me today as I sneak in under 220 at 219.7. This is good, as it will be a wild wedding weekend and I am gonna let my hair down (it is basically a military cut for the wedding, but the last one!)  ;D

I learned that walking 5 miles a day and cutting back on how much I ate makes all the difference. No back breaking workouts needed. I do get some cycling in for a better cardio. :)
My Fantasy is having Two Men at once...
