I have been on Spironolactone for a month and on Estrogen for a week. I am starting to get some breast development, and they itch like crazy. Any advice on how to deal with the itching?

You will also soon find the attraction of new breasts to bang into inanimate objects with a painful outcome!

Look for a padded bra!

The itching usually gives way to soreness ...so just wait  ;D

I use self-hypnosis techniques to make the itching bearable.

I tell myself that the itch is gradually decreasing in intensity until it feels only like a pleasant tingle.

I imagine in my mind how that feels. If I do that steadily, I find it does get a bit less acute.

It's not a miracle cure, but it does help diminish the agony.
