I get those all the time now with the Hitachi Magic Wand (a girl's REAL best friend).  PIV sex is impossible/undesirable now, so that's my new thing. My favorite when on hormones was the multiple orgasms. First two or three were dry, the next one was fun considering the male reproductive system....then rarely one more dry orgasm.

I tend to refer to it as the 'fleshy chastity belt'. I can O but the desire for something to be **IN** there is insane! (The Magic Wand has attachments that you can buy for that purpose once yer post op :-) )

According to my wife, it's the gold standard.  She's had one for over 20 years, now we have two.

How do you know that you can't have multiples if you just give up after the first one?  That's what I asked myself.  All I had to do was get my head back into the game.  Of course sometimes that first one is quite enough and the next one is just meh after a lot of effort.

Yess - thats a good word for it  - chastity belt. And totally the desire to enclose something was so strong for me too. Glad that I can have that nowadays - so any magic wand would have to have some attachment indeed, 'cause I found that there are spots that had once been buried even deeper that are a lot of fun too  .
