post-op orgasm is so much different to male ones its hard to describe but very nice.

I get those all the time now with the Hitachi Magic Wand (a girl's REAL best friend).  PIV sex is impossible/undesirable now, so that's my new thing. They take some concentration, things don't get especially hard but WOW.  Way better than before- waves of tingly warmth throughout the whole body, sometimes lasting almost a full minute and maybe 20 times stronger than the old "pop goes the weasel" guy style I used to have.  Also, sometimes I can have mutiples and sometimes it's more of a screamer than a moaner.  Sometimes if my mind's not fully engaged, I can't have one at all, which is different than before when I could have one 99% of the time even while thinking about random things.

Ok, 20 minutes is really making me envious now. But surely I do moan uncontrollably Even if it is more like a few minutes and not 20 of them. But who knows if I find a partner that may work out better than DIY - Or Ineed to get a Hitachi instead of what I have now

My favorite when on hormones was the multiple orgasms. First two or three were dry, the next one was fun considering the male reproductive system....then rarely one more dry orgasm.

Ok im not 100% sure they were true multiples or one that took for ever to build up to the usual explosion....but it sure felt like multiples so ill stick with that lol

I tend to refer to it as the 'fleshy chastity belt'. I can O but the desire for something to be **IN** there is insane! (The Magic Wand has attachments that you can buy for that purpose once yer post op :-) )

According to my wife, it's the gold standard.  She's had one for over 20 years, now we have two.

How do you know that you can't have multiples if you just give up after the first one?  That's what I asked myself.  All I had to do was get my head back into the game.  Of course sometimes that first one is quite enough and the next one is just meh after a lot of effort.

Yess - thats a good word for it  - chastity belt. And totally the desire to enclose something was so strong for me too. Glad that I can have that nowadays - so any magic wand would have to have some attachment indeed, 'cause I found that there are spots that had once been buried even deeper that are a lot of fun too  .
