Spend your 'offense' dollars wisely

Those determined to take offense at every little thing where none was intended will soon see themselves subject to penalties. They are just as much if not more at fault for an unpleasant atmosphere.
So choose your battles. Make sure the offense, post, etc is worth it. Don't be the member who cried wolf.

This doesn't mean we don't you want to report things you see a problem with. But watch how you respond to people.
