I got hit on today in Big lots. While I'm not into guys, I have to admit it felt pretty good that someone liked me enough to express it. As guys go he wasn't bad looking either. I couldn't stop blushing. I felt like a little girl!

That wasn't an interview. He was literally looking over my application, made some comments and told me that he'll call me.

Hem, well, he might have been testing you so, best answer the question/indulge him a little. I know if it was me and I did that (IF I did that, I mean really I'd probably only do that in an interview but still) I'd really consider someone who said they're trying vs. someone who is only somewhat trying. (What I said in my previous post on this subject) If you don't hear back from him in a week from that date he said that, give him a call and see if he wants to have an interview with you.

My chest binders as well as my school marks (I passed everything) came in the mail today!! I tried my binders on and wore them out when I went with my mom to deliver some things to my neighbour's house. When we got there, their daughter came out and asked my mom "can I play with your son?" My first real guy-mode attempt, and it worked! Sure it came from a kid, but it made me happy nonetheless.

I was going to ask if it counts when I find pennies and don't pick them up, but I actually found 3 dimes on a bus seat yesterday. And that was awesome.

What made me happy today was mostly music, I think. I just learned that I can "check out" digital copies of albums at my library, and their digital access includes a ton of albums they don't own hard copies of. Or they do, but they're scratched up or have long hold waitlists. So this is nice.

That is wonderful. Kids can be really blunt, so I feel like being read how you want with one is pretty good. Dogs, too. When I was early in transition it was sometimes the reactions of dogs that cued the nearby humans to use the right pronouns.

I'm going to a cosplay picnic today and I'm dressed as a troll. My costume isn't completely done yet and still needs work, but it's pretty good and I'm proud of it.

Haha.  I found 2 pennies today, but because there were inside the place I was working, I couldn't take them.

I'm now full-time and everything has been going better than I could have ever imagined. I can't believe how well things have been at work, people are already using the right pronouns and most of all everyone at work that I have crossed paths have treated me like any other person. Most folks can't believe how well I look and in some cases they did not even know that I was me lol.

While I was hooking up kids at the bungee trampline, I hooked up two young girls who were part of the city's young Marine's program.  As someone who took NJROTC in high school, that made me happy.  One of the girls in particular said she loved that program and she's going to join the one in high school.  Gosh it takes me back to my glory days.  If there was one thing I loved, it was my NJROTC, and this girl had the discipline too because she would tell me "yes mam" in a disciplined JROTC voice.  Gosh those were good times.

I also got a hug from a kid today when their mom told him to tell me thank you.  I wasn't expecting a hug.  I don't know why that made me exceptionally happy (especially when I hate people touching me), but it did.

I'm not a very big fan of physical contact either (For my own reasons) But a sincere hug does tend to feel rather good at times for some reason

Oh man it is so weird to imagine people seeing you as a "ma'am" lol. I honestly feel like you're seen as male in your day to day life because I just can't picture you as female in any way.

You're probably not supposed to have favourite clients but I got to work with my favourite lady today. She is a complete and total sweetheart despite her challenges, I just love her.

It really does.  Personally, I'm a germaphobe so I use hand sanitizer right after I deal with a cusomer and their money.   I actually put hand sanitizer in my hair today because a someone coughed on my head. This particular customer was a hyper little boy and had so much energy, but I didn't peg him as the hugging type.

Haha actually, I got misgendered the other day by a guy, but it caught me off guard.  He apologized after he heard my voice and saw my boobs I guess, but I told him not to worry about it.  I thought I'd be happy to get misgendered, but it really wasn't as exciting as I thought.  As far as my favorite customers....well, I like the kids that don't complain that the harness is too tight on them.  I also like the kids that don't cough, or sneeze in my presence. I usually give the kids some extra time, but when they start to hack and cough, I bring them down at the standard time.  I also like the kids that say "yes mam" to me as I like the politeness.
