FTM Post Phallo WITHOUT erectile device? Alternatives?

Hi guys
This is my first post/ question but its a pretty personal one.

so i'm 4 and a half years on T, 4 months post mastectomy and waiting for 1st stage phalloplasty.
but i've been wondering about the erectile device.and i'm not sure its for me. i realise thats just my opinion so no offence meant to anyone who has it or wants it.

I've read post where guys say they didn't go for that because of the complications/repeated surgeries but no one ever says what, if anbything they use as an alternative for sex.my initial thought was penis sleeve, but no amount of googling really gives much info because theyre marketed to make you bigger or last longer.

So anyone who didnt have the erectile device, what if anything do you use? and does it work / do you regret not having the final stage?

Hey hey friend! 

The hollow strap-on "sleeve" things are also meant for guys who are physically unable to get it up.  Not just for improved size.
