hi all

i hope you dont mind me starting this poll

i have not started to live full time as yet and i am worried how the people in the area will take this, some people i  trust in the area know that i will soon and ask will i be staying or moving away

one of my big worrys is that there are quite a few teenage gangs who hang around who have seen me as a male person and im worried incase they turn nasty when they see me when i start living full time as a female

i dont have any family or friends i can move too  so this leaves staying or moving away

please leave comments aswell as doing the poll

best wishes

Sorry, I did not move, I stayed right where I was.  Told all my business clients and took what came.

Well I moved from SW florida, very conservitive to northern california which is at the least tollerant.  I've not had any trouble here, even back in feburary when I did not pass at all.

I'm beginning my transition, and I don't plan on going anywhere.  My life is here, right now, and so is my transition.

What a great poll.

I have just started my journey. My first step was to acknowledge it to myself and admit that I am a male in a female body and that I am ok. I told my gf of a year and a half, she took it rather well, but Im still stuck on telling my family. (I had to wait till my mother was drunk to tell her I was even gay)

But I think I would have to move to do my trans. but not to far. But only cause I know I would not be accepted in this community just by the looks I get now.

I was living with my parents when I went full time (I just turned 18).  Next week, however, I will be moving into my apartment for college. It will be the first time I have not lived with someone else (no roommate).  :o

Congrats on the new apartment! College is what you make it, so have fun!
