I just put up a new avatar pic. The old one was a little too dark and this one you can see my face better. I'm 26, no HRT yet. I shaved, put make-up on, and threw on a wig as well. I have to admit, my skin is pretty flawless. I went on Accutane a couple years ago. It was rough, but worth it IMO. I still have most of my hair and will add that it is the exact same color as the wig. I have a little bit of thinning, but with hrt I'm not too concerned. If it stops here and, god forbid, thickens back up a bit I'll be in good shape. My natural hairline has receded a bit, but not too much and it's just a itsy bit higher than that wig line. Judge me!!! Be honest. I'm not sure if I want to start HRT or not and I'm trying to gauge whether I have any chance. I'm trying to decide within the next month and a half or so. Do I look like I could pass, from the neck up at least?
Sooner or later I'll post a full body. I'm like 160lbs right now. I'm dropping to 130 over the next month or two before HRT. I'll post when I'm emaciated. I have a long way to go. I'm estimating 3 years before I'm near fully transitioned. If I could figure out how to up-load a pic aside from an avatar then I'd post a pic with my natural hair. For what it's worth; I'm going to have FFS and a hair transplant to thicken everything back up. Then I'm growing it and getting it styled. I'm hoping to have the same hair then, just being real hair, or I'll just keep a medium length page-boy cut (still getting a hair transplant) and occasionally go with a wig...
Aus76, I think you may very well have some potential. You don't look too tall, not that being tall is necessarily a negative, and you may find that you have a small frame once you drop a little bit of weight (not that you're massive) and go on HRT. It also looks like you have enough hair to work with, or you could, and seem to have enough for a hair transplant if you feel it necessarily. You also aren't made of pure muscle like myself and that should go a long way in terms of body softening. Plus, your face doesn't look THAT masculine.
