It's the little things I guess. I went dressed last night to my therapist. It was equal parts scary and exciting but the thing that tickled me the most was the follow up email I got from my therapist this morning where she addressed me as Abby and said it was nice to meet me. For some reason that one little thing sent me soaring. I feel validated and just a little more real!
