Hair loss (AGA) & Finasteride/Propecia

I'm a FTM beginning my journey & pre-T.  I have AGA, genetic overall diffuse hair thinning & I'm concerned that once I start the HRT it will greatly increase my hair shedding.

Has anyone w/ AGA & on T had any luck with taking Finasteride/Propecia?

Finisteride and Propecicia are DHT blockers, which will not nessissarily  disrupt T function. Besides if you are older, nothing says male like a receeding hairline....
