Decided to have the margaritas after all and just Jillax on my lanai with my awesome wife.

Bloodwork in one month, so this is the last great sin day until then.  At least I get to go to Vegas for the 4th of July and see Queen.   Eyes on the prize, right?

Actually, the only reason I stopped is because the alcohol was having some very scary interactions with the anti depressant that I am on. If it wasn't for that, I would still drink. I got my drinking under control a long time ago. If I drank a pint of peppermint schnapps a month, that was a lot for me. I used to drink way too much. But I had some drinks last 4th of July just for fun and as it turned out, July 5th was a very scary day. That was when I remembered the "do not take with alcohol" label on the bottle of pills. It literally scared me off alcohol forever.

In other news: Mike Patton circa 1986 sounded just like Wembley from Fraggle Rock when he would scream.  It's true.

Debra (my most recent plushie arrival) absolutely REEKS! She smells so heavily of cigarette smoke, it's frickin' disgusting. It really makes me appreciate how well the others were taken care of by the people that had them previously. I'm debating on how I am going to get her cleaned. She will need to be washed and dried in a machine. She smells THAT bad. BUT I don't want to screw her up in the process.

Major dislike for the local public transport.

The bus schedules are a mess. I have a blood test at 11am and the only bus I can take is at the hospital at 10.10am. The letter does say I gotta get there at least 15 minutes earlier to let my blood flow get normal but 50 minutes? COME ON.

Electrolysis rants

Just after 'high fiving' my electrologist as we were sure that I had had my first full clearing - I found 6 perhaps 9 facial hairs.  I think that the electrologist must have been using mynoxidil instead of alcohol at the end of each session!   
Just how many dormant follicles are there? 

Does anyone else need to have needles stuck inside their ear?

When did my stomach and back start to look like a carpet?

I know my electrologist better than my partner - I spend more time with her!
