For the guys here who have been on T long enough, I would like to know how long did it take for you to gain your Adam's apple?  Does it look like a cisguy's?
I am male because I say so and nothing more.
I don't have to look or act like one therefore.

You won't necessarily get one at all. Not all men have one that you can notice.

I had one before T. Don't think it got bigger... Not sure.

I've been on T for 3+ years and have never developed a noticeable one. Some guys just don't.

Mine became more prominent, but I've no idea how long it took. It might still be growing for all I know.

Never had one, and don't have one still 2+ years on T.

I didn't have anything before T, now it's pretty visible. One of the changes I didn't except at all.

I was on T most of my life and never got one.  Sorry guys.  It's one of those YMMV things.

Likewise. After 50 years it was barely noticeable and in those 50 years no else bothered noticing it. Nobody ever said "Hey mate - that's a crackin' Adam's Apple you have". So do not worry about it.

Now that I have learned to lift it to alter my voice tone, it has completely disappeared. :-D

Wow, I thought all cis men had it. Thanks for the information, really good to know:)

Hi Maikpu,
Actually no, many DES affected MTF Transexuals (like me) have no Adams Apple. Also I have very small hands (for a man) and very small feet (I take size 7.5" in Womens shoes (English size).

I must admit with nice makeup, some jewelrey accentuating my neck, well painted fingernails and toenails, it helps me to pass very well.

It took me about 8 months. I glanced in the mirror one day and it was just there, surprised me lol

I can feel it when I press against my neck, but it's not visible even after 3+ years on T.

I didn't really get one, but then again most cis guys don't have noticeable adam's apples

I've been on T all my life too and never had one, especially now that I gained some weight

Yep, I don't have a noticeable one at all.

Mine's not very noticeable. But if you run your hand around that area you can feel it.

I had quite a large one before T. Someone I know thinks it got a bit larger on T, but I think it is still the same as it was before. Just depends on the person, but it seems to me that most people don't actually grow an adam's apple on T.

Yeah, don't feel bad if you don't gain one on T. I don't have one, either, despite being born physically male.
