how to add avatar

I can't figure out how to add an avatar. I go to my profile and cant figure out how to upload an image??

You will not be allowed to upload an avatar or use PM until 15 postings. It is a security measure.

I was kind of worried about that as well.  I was like, what the heck.  Do, I need to become some VIP member or something for my own avy lol.  But yay!, Now I know I just need to get more active and post post and post lol.
