was wondering when you'd get to the dresses

Oh yeah I like dresses, but that kind of stuff really invites the clocking. ;D

So I prefer to dress like a chic fem-lesbian with subtle masculine inspired traits to throw people off.

If they don't fit I'll vacuum bag myself until they do fit :)

My waist is my biggest problem right now. I'm trying to slowly limit my intake  and more vegetables. I desperately want to look good in those kind of dresses.

Im young and very fashion foward so I tend to be on trends. In the begining I made the mistake of looking slutty all the time, big no no. I like to dress sexy but not slutty. During the day usually jeans and a cute top. I usually only wear dresses when I am going on a night out in NYC or a date or somewhere I can get all done up. Reason being is I HATE shaving my legs haha. I think the best thing to do is to study other women your age in your area.

I am very fashion forward though so I tend to shop at expsnive stores like Neiman Marcus, Intermix and CUSP. But I do find some great basics at F21 and ebay has nice clothes from China.I love heels so Im usually in Christian Louboutins. Flowy outfits tend to flatter our bodies more. Here are some of the stuff I like to wear.

With a nice belt these look great!

I generally me things that flow a bit, like maxi skirts. I have a few tight skirts but, I swear my thighs are too large for pants lol.... Hormones made my arms weaker but I swear the muscle in my legs has turned into steel and increased in size since HRT. Maybe I should stop doing squats idk.

I like tops that have an empire waist too so that I can help conceal my belly. I swear I look just like I am preggers, and that is bound to lead to a very embarrassing conversation.

I like comfortable flowy outfits with a style somewhere between gothic and hippy.... I love vintige clothes too and I hate to think I might be kinda hipster but that is the impression people get.

That should eliminate any doubt about you being female. However, I would prefer just a normal female look.

Personally I prefer pieces of single colors as I can't withstand patterns or pictures for some reason (at least it makes laundry easier as well :-) ) and then I combine the pieces in some reasonable manner.

When I started with girl-mode some months before HRT I went for office shirts and formal trousers for start (only women and few men recognized it's actually female wear). But those times are gone and I'm fine with T-shirts with a top if it's cold for now along with either a maxi-skirt (I'll change that to something shorter soon as my legs require less frequent depilation) or trousers. But I try to evade the trousers more as I love the feeling of smooth legs touching each other :-) . I do have some dresses but one is for vacation only so far and the other two for dancing classes I'll begin next month. So one more will be needed for work.

After that I'll just need to find some nice winter jacket and I should be pretty much setup for like a year. I don't want to overshop and find out later on that HRT changed my dimensions a bit too much or that my style went suddenly completely different :-) .
Semi-blind asperger transwoman. But do I care? No I don't. I love myself :-) .

I have the same problem^^___^^. Even at 5-5 and 118 I look like I'm in the very very early showing stage of preggers, lol! Granted, on me it's small and it's not much, but ever since hrt arched my lower back inward I've been dealing with this. I'm afraid to try sit ups or squats because for one my lower back can't take the strain, and my hips are wide enough as is. I'm hoping losing 10 more pounds will rid me of this little bumb but I dunno.

Antonia , I went to Target today for a new bra and found  a dress in the same length as yours on clearance so I couldn't resist . Yours is nicer though with the lace top

Ohh, I envy you so much, I'll have to wait 2 weeks to get mine :(

I really like the blue one and the pattern on it should cause a slight optical illusion giving me more of a waist, that's assuming I'll get it on :)

With the black one I just fell in love with the lace top, worst case I'll either have them adjusted of donate them to a friend.

You know we'll need pictures of you in the dress right?

I have a pair of black and white striped shoes like that , but they're flats.

Nice clothes. I would like to be able to wear and pass with those in public with my wife, and have it to be acceptable with her. However, I would like to be able to do the same (as female) in unisex casual clothing.
