This Monday I'm getting started on Lupron injections. Does any MtF's have experiences with this drug, or know about the changes/side effects that will happen while taking Lupron? Thanks  :)

First few weeks, your testosterone will significantly increase but then it will stop for good (from testicles)...but you need some estrogen to replace the lost T or else you won't feel or look good and will have health complications in the long-term.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

This New York Times article is written by a man who took Lupron as a treatment for prostate cancer.

He compares himself to women but women have estrogen in their bodies, he only lacks androgen which he probably had even much less than women. The symptoms he experienced were due to low sex hormones which in our case, we take estrogen to compensate for the loss of androgen so not quite the same. The only times women could potentially feel the same is at the end of every menstrual cycle or after (and even the years preceding) menopause. Interesting and funny article though! :)
