As the title says. I'm looking into getting phallo ASAP and would like to know the opinions of anyone who's been on the receiving end of someone who's has had phalloplasty. Were/are you happy with it sexually and mentally? Is it pleasurable? Does your partner have the erection rod? How does it compare to a cis male? I'll be happy with it but I wanna make sure my gf is as well.
