Hmm.

5'6 or so... slightly shorter than I am...
Light brown hair, mid-back length (as of now its dark brown 1 inch long)
Slim legs, befitting of a woman or a man, but mostly woman.
Some wider hips, but not too attention-drawing.
Between A and B cup breasts, hide-able.
Flat tummy, small navel lines.
Thinner arms and narrow shoulders.
smaller hands (by a moderate amount) and feet (by a large amount)
More feminine face, but not incredibly feminine.
A nice tan all around. No body hair besides light hair on the arms and the hair on the head.
Perhaps a smaller male endowment than I already have. Tucking would be easier.
is an un-cracked voice too much to ask for?

Oh yes, and no acne.

As if now I'm 6ft tall, weigh 175lbs, with a reasonably athletic build. I'm broader at the shoulder and slim at the hips. I have US size 12 feet. My hair is thinning on top, but not so much that it causes undue embarrassment. As a middle-aged guy, I'm in fine shape. As the woman I'd love to be ... not so much.

A combination of dieting, exercise, hormones and surgery can get me to a 38B/C bust, 30in waist and 39in hips ... FFs can fix my face. Transplants can cover my bald spot. But the height and feet will never change (unless, as some ladies report, one really does shrink with HRT)

But what I'd love to be is 5'8", with a slender figure (US6/UK10 dress size) long legs, pretty breasts (perky but not too big! :) ), feet small enough to buy any shows I wanted and long, thick, swinging hair ... Oh, and could someone halve my age while we're at it?!

I would be a big, tall, muscular, curvy and busty Amazon, modified to the hilt, well-tattooed and with cybernetic implants. Hey, you asked, right?

I laughed at this but since we are just wishing......

I'd take that with a few slight alterations.

Firstly, of course, I'd be fully male.
Would you be 5'4, 6'0, or 7'0 ft. tall?
6' would be awesome. (I'm currently 5'5"
Would you be svelte, curvy, fat, or buff?
Buff, but not, you know, Arnold buff. That'd look a little weird on a teenager.
Delicate bone structure or larger, well-made bone structure?
Larger boned.
Big features or small features?
Medium.

Pretty much just a taller, buffer, male version of myself. xD

I think that if you sent me to the drawing board, what I'd come back with would probably be very similar. Looking back at some of the sketches I've made over the past few years, I'm not actually all that far from the person in them. With a little more work, I can probably get there; I'm fairly tall, slim, and delicately featured already.

The only thing that I'd really like to get rid of is the way the veins on the backs of my hands pop up. Owing to how slim I am, that's probably never going to happen though.

Ideally, I'd like to have plumes of flower petals appear in the background whenever I flip my hair around, but I can see where that'd be a pain to clean up. ^_^

it is, but some rare cases of girls have bodies like that through genetics, while the others are most likely starving themselves.
I can probably claim to be one of those rare cases (if I was a girl). 6'2'' and 135-ish, and I certainly don't starve myself. ^_^

this is sooo easy...

I'd be male, about the same height as I am now (6'), muscular (but not insanely so), tan (i hate the fact that i'm pale and burn so easily), short black hair, and ice blue eyes

i would love to look like that!  8)

I hate to sound nanny-ish (and I LOVED that line about the flower petals, by the way!) but if those height/weight figures are accurate you have a BMI of 17.3, which is severely underweight, verging on anorexic. As I've posted elsewhere, I have more experience than anyone ever wants of living with anorexia in the family and so my alarm-bells go off very easily. So all I'll say is please be careful. Whatever you may think, you are not currently eating enough to maintain a healthy weight and if you get much lower - anywhere near 16 - you will start to become dangerously underweight. I know these words will offend. That's inevitable. I also know that I have a moral duty to point out the danger of underweight. It kills. Believe me, I know.

I know. I'm actually not really concerned with my weight at all. I ought to try eating more healthily, I know ('cause this kind of metabolism can't keep up forever...), but it seriously won't go higher than maybe 145 regardless (the silver lining is that it doesn't go any lower than 130). I can eat like a horse, so to speak, and it seems to make little difference. I've been to the doctor; she checked some things, ran some tests, and everything seems to be normal, no adverse effect. Gender therapist thought the same thing; checked for stuff on the blood tests, nothing. Seemingly no adverse conditions whatsoever.

Both sides of my family tend to have slim builds, especially the guys. It is quite possibly genetic here.
In any case, I don't seem to have very much muscle on me compared to others of my age, (like the guy in that picture! He's obviously older than me, but...) which obviously affects the final number. Maybe I should start with some muscle-building exercises.
I'd really rather not worry anyone, it makes me feel kind of guilty...

I'm sorry if I sounded unduly alarmist .... just that one of the symptoms I know is the denial that there is anything wrong or that diet patterns are unusual/restricted.

That said, I was as skinny as a rake between the ages of 15-22, no matter what I ate ... I'd just grown so much, so fast (tiny at 15, 6-foot at 16) that I had a load of catching up to do. Then I got to around 25/26 and suddenly that magical ability disappeared! Now I'm struggling to get down to the 150/155 that would be my starting-point, figuring to add 5-10lbs of girl fat in all the right places thanks to HRT ...

So maybe I was just jealous of you!  :)

Shorter than I am now (6'3") by a couple of inches only, with a waist, hips and not too large boobs. Other than that more hair on my head, and less everywhere else.  As long as it was in better condition than this one I'd be happy actually.

Having had a think about this some more, I think Xena the Warrior Princess would be my ideal body, total glamazon who can kick the guys arses if she has to.

Can a noob post here?  :)

If I could choose my ideal body, I would start with it being male.  I'm 5'7" so I'm not too short but I'd like to be taller, maybe 6'.

Body type: Svelte. (I like that word!)  I like the tall thin guys, like the 10th Doctor (David Tennant) and Reid from Criminal Minds.  Not a fan of muscles, on myself or otherwise.

Bone structure: Small/medium.  I've always been small boned and never really had any desire to be otherwise.

Facial features: No real requests here, just average sized features.  Not too masculine, as I like the androgynous look.  I'd like my jaw to be a little more square though.  It's not really a facial feature, but I'd love to have an adams apple too.  Not a giant hillbilly one, just a noticeable one.  I love brown eyes and dark hair, but I also like my odd colored greenish eyes, so I probably wouldn't change them.

So overall, a tall, thin guy with an adams apple and possibly dark hair.  :P

Hmmm ... maybe we could swap bodies! I still have most of what you need, except for an Adam's Apple. Mine is completely invisible ... yay!!

But hurry up ... this offer may not be available for much longer!

Do I take it that changes are progressing well?

Sounds great, Carlita!  I've got most of what you want too, although I'm an inch too short, I'm a size 4, and my backside-length hair is soon to be cut.  It's going to Locks of Love though, never fear, so it will make somebody out there happy.   ;D

Wow, if only we could swap bodies that easily...  ;D We could totally just set up a transperson body exchange system and it'd work great for everyone!

To be honest I'm quite happy with my body because it's so boyish, I don't need to bind and pass very well, except I'm 5'3. That gets me down quite a bit.
