My latest test results show an E level of 30 which is low but yet I'm getting really good results.  Breast growth has been fantastic so far and getting all the other effects and all this from topical estrogel.  So if I'm only at 30 does that mean I'm super sensitive to estrogen?  My body seems to like it.

Good for you ;). Numbers fluctuate so much that really they don't mean much and sensitivity is not taken into account...so really, if you are getting the results you want, that's all that counts! Congrats!
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

My endo doesn't even bother testing E levels, since she says controlling T and titrating until the patient is getting good results is all that's necessary.

(And I started on a very, very low dose with no anti-androgens and still had excellent results, so it certainly is possible for some bodies to be more sensitive to E than others.)

I too had gotten great results with less than desirable E level at 168 pg/ml. at it's highest before I was placed on injections. However facial changes have been slow tho. But other than that I have done very well.

Since being placed on injections for a month now I have noticed a change in the way I feel, especially on the day of, following, and during those 2 to 3 days after my injection. It tends to taper off a lil on the 4th day. I'm very anxious to see the results of my next bloodwork in December.
