But I have to say You pass like a woman 100%.

You've got rather nice smooth features, and that's without makeup on, I think.

Something that works quite well as a test is to put on makeup, get dressed up, and see what really jars. 

My feeling:  your Adam's apple definitely.  Your chin possibly.  Maybe a bit of bossing.

But you're probably not going to need masses of work, which is lucky.

Hi Jessy,
To be able to answer your question you would need to provide better photos eg. from straight in front, from both sides and oblique (45°), all without makeup, without any broad smiles and with hair tied back. If you ask a surgeon for an evaluation that is what they will ask you for and for us, to be able to say anything very useful, it's the same thing. Also, to avoid deformation of prominent features like the nose and chin, the photos should be taken from 3 to 4 meters distance.

Thanks Liara and Julia for the compliments  I think I agree that my chin could use some work, and I'm certainly getting the trachea shave as soon as I can afford it. Julia, what's bossing?

I think your forehead bossing looks fine. And l certainly think you pass. But the icing on the cake would probably be a brow lift and hair transplants to feminise your hairline (the 2 peaks).

Bossing, or brow bossing, is the ridge above the eyes, which can also be found around the bridge of the nose.  The bridge is where the photos suggest you have some stuff that could be flattened.

Omg, thanks so much Pikachu!!  I know I could do a few tweaks here and there but they will probably have to wait a while. I can't believe tho how well the hrt regrew my hair! My hairline was much more receded and I regrew a lot of hair where there was male pattern baldness! Without that I wouldn't be passing at all.

I think just the hairline (you don't seem to have a brow ridge problem though), the adam's apple and maybe the chin? I think we have the same problem with the chin u_u' oh well I think it's a problem for me, but you should only do what makes you comfortable

Emily, I totally think I need some work on my chin, I think you have a great looking chin, def more fem than mine I'm not real worried about it tho, I'll have to get it done when I can afford it.
