I'm so jealous, I've been on HRT for 8 months and I'm only an A cup, haven't made it to B cup yet or even if I will.  I'm not small by any means, I gain weight just fine as I have quite a bit of belly fat growing.  I have the figure of somewhat narrow waist, I got hips and butt, but so small of breast and a decently large rib cage.  All I can wear is sports bras.  I can't even wear a normal bra which is quite depressing.  I'm at a bad size that no store carries.  38A ... (Cry) in 8 months I went from 155 lb to 170 v.v I'm feel like a fat a** yet everyone calls me ma'am (strange I know) even when I try to present as male, I can't.  Oh well.  I guess this is what it feels like to be a freak, broad shoulders and chest, girls breasts, hips and butt.  I hate going through this.

I'm so jealous. I'd really love to know how long you been on HRT. I'm just starting out, so I've got a long way to go. I've heard that zappos.com has a wide selection of larger shoes. The believe up to size 13. Maybe 14. They also carry for wider feet to.

Here is what I did to help my girls grow.
About 2 months before I started HRT I used everyday for 1hour a breast enlargement pump.
I have been sent on hrt for nearly 3months and still use the breast pump everyday for an hour, and I also use a nipple pump.
I will say this. I apply a lot of suction for the hour and really get the girls swollen. Yes it hurts me sometimes. But no pain and no gain.

On amazon, and som erotic butiks sell them.
They dont cost much. Oh and buy plenty of water based lube. You don't want to pump the girls if they are dry.

And have plenty of patience. It won't be until after a month you will notice something.

Normally I'd say it was probably OK and natural but since you are using a pump I'd suggest that you lay off it until the pain subsides before you cause yourself some permanent damage. See a doctor if the pain continues.
