Thank you so much! What are the male features you can see?.. Yeah, this is me all without treatmeant.. I just had the wig because I wanted to see how I'd look in long hair. I'm saving mine now so I could go to a proffesinonall and get some extensions later on. I'm out for all my friends but I'm not in public yet.. I want the hormones to work some more and my hair to grow out before that!

your jaw and chin, but only a little bit, it's nothing major. and your forehead is a bit male looking, but really not that much. there are women who look more like a guy than you do. what I'm trying to say is, you look female to me, even if you have a small amount of guyish features, you're beautiful

Nearly 17 months HRT. Not so bad from a distance.

Full time as soon as facial hair is dealt with enough and I'm at least somewhat confident in my voice, I think.

I'm at 3 1/2 months HRT. 
Still a ways to go before full time, but I don't think I'm doing too bad for 3 1/2 months.  Not really sure though.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated  :)

I find it attractive, and I'm straight, so that's not a good thing considering you posted this in MtF section.
It is important to understand that this (shoulder-hip ratio) would get improved with HRT to much more feminine apperance and ratio. If that alone wouldn't be enough for you to feel comfortable, there are surgical options which would resolve the problem. So don't worry much about your body structure, its not a deciding factor to anyones chances for passing in the future.
