I think you look very cute and you should be able to blend in fine. Will you be perfect?  No one is.  Even all the CIS lady's out there have things they think makes them look different.

I think you will find that going out in public as your true self is so exciting and liberating that you will look back and go why didn't I do this sooner. I went out as my true self before I even started HRT.  It was one of the things that helped me convince myself that I could successfully transition.

Just be confident in yourself and you will do fine. Most people are caught up in their own lives and thoughts to even pay attention. Heck, I'm 6'2" tall and was wearing 3" heels as I was walking around Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills the other day and didn't see anybody look twice at me.

Just do it!   Hugs to you girl.

Do I pass yet after 4.5 months of HRT? Still cant bring myself to go out of the apartment like this, slowly getting there. I still feel like i look too much like a man to go out in public, I also have to start doing something with my voice too.

hun there is no level of passing that u have to achieve to go out in public. You define your womanhood don't let societes expectations being you down.

you are a beautiful woman and  I actually wouldn't have expected that u were trans If I saw you in public. It is scary the first time though so I understand ur anxiety. Just go at ur pace it gets easier with time.

nvm found it. Currently pre everything although, i've had stints with hormone use in the past (each one roughly 2-3 months). Only wearing light foundation, light mascara, and penciled in my eyebrows (which need some seeerious work)

u are an absolutely beautiful person. You are more fem then me and I've been on hormones for like 4 months (almost).

You look FINE. And I mean that in all honesty.

The voice may get you clocked though. It does for me but not as much, however it is still a problem.

Going out also requires some trial and errors. You will learn more how to present as a woman as you go out more frequently.
Practice and practice!

I changed my avatar this is my latest pic. Not bad for a 34-year old that has an estrogen level of 43 and testerone in 144. And on 9 months of hormones! Making the cute duckface. :D

Who's happy? (Points the thumbs to me) THIS CHICK!!!
I am 34 year-old single Latina plus size MtF trans female. If i lose 30 pounds i can be as fit as Queen Latifa right now. I am currently 6 months on HRT. I am open about being trans. I am 100% out at my branch at work and I am 98% out with my external family. I am a hardcore gamer and a writer. I love Karoake and studying psychology.

Just thought I would show you gals today's photo from my phone, it has a bit of soft filter to it, but its me for sure just a few hours ago. I know I need longer hair, but I think I can finally see my feminine glow starting to show. What say you all?

Hi Jasriella!

I'll give you my opinion that may mirror some other comments about your question.

I looked at all your pics on photobucket and I would say that you have some good features on your face that will help you pass as female.  First is that you do not have a lot of brow bossing in your profile.  It appears to fit into the female range to me.  You also have a chin and neck that help you to pass as female as your chin is not prominent (good thing) and you do not have any visible adam's apple.  I learned some of these things from http://www.virtualffs.co.uk/ where i had my own analysis done.

#1 You could improve on makeup as you said.  Goss Makeup artist on Youtube is a good makeup artist with good tips.
#2 I think the crowning glory of any woman is her hair.  You need to invest in a good quality wig.  I think human hair wigs are the best way to go.  Some cannot afford this and there are some good monofilament wigs out there, but quality is the most important thing.   The wig you are wearing is not sitting on your head correctly and that is a giveaway.  It's a common misconception that women's hair starts lower on the forehead and this is not true.  Try showing more of your forehead for a natural look.
#3 Electrolysis.  This is a major investment of time and money.  If you can't do that, you can still go out in public.  Here is a tip:  Do a close shave, then get a good foundation to match your skin tone. dab and blend the areas of your beard to cover and then blend into your face.  Now, here is the most important step:  take a pink tone or red tone lipstick and blend some pink and red into the foundation as you blend.  Why?  because the hair of the beard doesn't end at your skin.  It goes much deeper.  Under a foundation it will show through as grey or dark.  Blending a red or pink tone into your foundation will make it appear less "blue" or gray.  It works.
#4 SMILE.  A confident girl passes easier.  I know this to be true.

Here is a picture of me.  I appreciate your confidence in posting your pictures.  YOu are definitely on your way.

Lastly, pictures can produce shadows that sometimes give away your gender.  I usually will use a soft filter and lots of light in my pictures, but here is one that is not the best lighting which i think casts shadows on my face:

you can't do anything about bad camera angles and lighting unless you want to photoshop and i don't like to alter my pictures!  LOL

Well I suppose I'll give it a whirl for the first post. Getting better at the makeup I think.
